There’s something about watching a woman grow into motherhood over time… not just in one season, but across years, chapters, versions of herself.
I’ve known Paige since 2001. Back when she was behind the counter at her dad’s spot, LaSalle Market—high school days, small town rhythm, that kind of familiarity you don’t think twice about… until you realize how long it’s stayed with you.
Years later, she built something of her own. I’d sit in her chair, lashes done, talking life. And somewhere along the way, I started photographing her.
First, just her.
Then with her son.
Then maternity.
Then her newborn daughter, her mom by her side.
Three generations. One frame. That kind of legacy doesn’t happen by accident.
There’s a steadiness to Paige. Strong, grounded, determined. The kind of woman who keeps choosing her life, her family, her path—again and again.
And that’s what I keep coming back to lately…
how powerful it is when women are supported in becoming fully themselves. When they’re respected, safe, seen, and free to build the lives they actually want.
That’s the kind of world I believe in.
And it starts in small, real places like this.
With Mother’s Day coming up and spring unfolding, it feels like a good moment to honor the women who keep showing up—with strength, care, and a whole lot of heart.
If there’s a woman in your life who’s shaped you, tell her. Or bring her into something like this—something that holds a piece of your story, as it is right now.
Reach out and let’s create something that lasts.
