I’ve had a few people ask my thoughts on the “faceless” trend lately, most likely because I’m someone who openly shares images of my children.
And I deeply respect whatever choice another parent makes for their family. If not sharing your children online feels right for you, I support that wholeheartedly. We all have different comfort levels, fears, values, and boundaries. And every parent has the right to decide what feels safest and best for their own home.
And I will also continue doing what feels right for me.
For me, motherhood and family are the deepest art I have ever known. My children are woven into the very heart of what I create, and sharing them feels honest to who I am as both an artist and a mother.
It’s okay if my choice looks different than yours.
It’s okay if yours looks different than mine.
We do not all have to parent, create, or exist in the exact same way to respect one another. 🤍
