X-Con Photography Cosplay photographer based in New Britain, CT. Please message for booking! On average, expect 10 each cosplayer.

At Con shoots
Solo: $60/30min 12 images
Duo: $66/30min 20 images (10 per) w/2 extra image of both clients as a pair

Groups of 3: $75/UQM 5 images per person and 5 images as a trio

Groups larger than 3: $1 per person added with cap of 13. 4 images per person and 4 as a group

On location shoots (Only in CT, MA, RI, NY, NJ)
Solo or Duos
$80/ 1hr
3+ Cosplayers- $100 for solo & group shots

Amount

of photos received will be dependent on length of shoot/number of cosplayers. All rights for photos taken, both original and edited, go to the cosplayer/cosplayers involved. I hold the right to publish them on my own social media, but if you would like to do the same and even sell some as prints, no compensation is required. All photos given will be at proper size for prints of all sizes. UPDATE: Starting in 2020, here are the update rates for At Con and On Location shoots!

At Con
Solo: $60/30min for 12 images
Duo: $66/30min for 20 images (10 per) w/2 extra images of the pair together

Groups larger than 3: $1+ per person added with a group cap of 13. 4 images per person and 4 as a group (UQM)

$85/1hr 22 images

For meetups further than stated, negotiations are open

UQM stands for Until Quota Met so the shoot will go until the promised amount of images is locked down.

All rights for photos taken will go to the cosplayer/cosplayers involved. I hold the right to publish them on my own social media, but if you would like to do the same and even sell some as prints, no compensation is required. All photos given will be at proper size for prints of all sizes. DO NOT APPLY FURTHER EDITS TO THE PHOTOS. No extra filters, alterations, or otherwise edits that were NOT made by me. If there is something extra that you would like done to the image in question, please contact me and I will accommodate. WHEN POSTING TO SOCIAL MEDIA PLEASE USE APPS THAT ALLOW THE ENTIRE IMAGE TO POST SO THE WATERMARK IS VISIBLE.
