Hill Country families, I’m looking for 10 kids and teens for a special black and white personality portrait project called Simply Me.

These portraits are all about celebrating who they are right now, the giggles, confidence, quiet moments, sass, sweetness and all the expressions that make them uniquely themselves.

Sessions will take place in New Braunfels, and select portraits from this project will be featured in a local art gallery this August.

I’m officially launching Simply Me.

I’m looking for 10 kids for a special black-and-white portrait project, and I’ll be photographing them in June and early July for an August art gallery opportunity.

These portraits are simple, classic and all about who your child is right now.

The missing teeth.
The serious little stare.
The giggles.
The sass.
The shy smile.
The expressions you know by heart and never want to forget.

This is not about perfect posing or fancy outfits. It’s about capturing their personality in a timeless black-and-white portrait.

This is the last year before everything changes. The car, the sport, the quiet confidence, the personality, the almost-grown version of your son you’ll want to remember.

“G𝗶𝗿𝗹, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲!

That’s what I said during her session, and I meant every word.
Because this is what happens when a teen gets to feel celebrated, confident and seen.

Not just photographed..................𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗻.

These in-between years matter so much. Before senior year, before the next big milestone, before they grow into another version of themselves, there is so much beauty in who they are right now.

Portraits can remind them, and their parents, of that confidence, personality, sparkle and strength.

And sometimes all it takes is one moment for her to realize, “That’s me.” If your child is in one of those fast-changing seasons, let’s create portraits that celebrate exactly who they are right now.

Senior portraits should never feel like a cookie-cutter appointment where everyone gets the same locations, same poses and same experience. Your senior is not generic, so their portraits should not be either. The best senior portrait experience starts with getting to know who they are: their personality, style, hobbies, sports, music, interests and how they want to be remembered during this once-in-a-lifetime season.

And when it's all finished, those portraits should become more than images on a screen. They should become artwork, an album or photographic prints your family can enjoy now and look back on years from now.

Class of 2027 parents, this years is going to go faster than you think. Planning early gives us time to create something personal, meaningful and completely them.

A couple of weeks ago. I had the honor of celebrating my official ribbon cutting with the New Braunfels Chamber.

As someone who is new in town, this day meant so much to me. It was more than a ribbon cutting, it was a first step into a new community, new relationships and new chapter for my business.

Thank you to the New Braunfels Chamber and to everyone who took the time to show up, introduce themselves and welcome me. I'm truly grateful.

I'm excited to continue getting to know the people and families of New Braunfels and to serve this community through meaningful portrait photography and custom artwork that will be treasured for years to come.

Here's to new beginnings, connection and becoming part of a community I'm so happy to call home.
