BIG NEWS 📣

Millie and I moved back to Youngsville, NC in August!

After four amazing years with my grandparents in New Bern, a new season presented itself quickly! I SO miss my sand volleyball crew, community college days, and (of course) all the sweet kiddos I invested in.

I am eager to share that my middle sister Grace and I are in a duplex together and are enjoying all the freedoms of independent living/decorating!

I am still working in the world of kids! I accepted a position with an ABA therapy clinic in September and just recently became a Registered Behavior Technician. Working with autistic children means my days are very challenging but also very rewarding!

My photography business will soon make the transition when I am ready. 😉 Although I am happy to take clients now! I just haven’t had time to change out my Facebook, Instagram and website information.

Want to know what I’m saying behind the camera to get these precious in-the-moment photos?

🤫 Shhh! It’s top secret.

🙅🏻‍♀️ Well… not really. If I’m honest, I’m just being a kid. I had asked the girls to repeat silly phrases like “pickle popsicles with sprinkles” and they cracked up! My other go to silly phrase is “cheese balls” or whatever we make up on the fly. Some kids like to make up their own silly phrases and I love it!

💛 Why does this work? Because kids just want to have a GOOD TIME. I’m not here to hold your child hostage for photos; I’m actually playing with them and capturing them in their most genuine moment.
