Hey! 👋 It’s been a little while since I’ve come on here and properly introduced myself, so I figured it was time! 🤍

I’m Shelynne — Marie is my middle name, hence Shelynne Marie Photography. ✨

I’m a wedding, portrait & newborn photographer based on the South Shore of Massachusetts, and I’ve had the joy of photographing couples and families throughout Massachusetts and New England for many years.

Over the years, I’ve also become a wife and a mom to two beautiful children — who are truly the whole reason behind why I work so hard to build this business and do what I love full-time. 🤍

Photography has always been about more than just taking pretty photos for me. It’s about preserving the little moments, the big milestones, and the memories you’ll look back on for years to come.

I’m always excited to meet new families, couples, and growing families and would absolutely love the opportunity to get to know you and become your photographer. 🥹📷

One of my favorite perks of photographing weddings locally is getting to capture all the beautiful, historic places New Bedford has to offer. And when we made the last-minute decision to head down by the ships for sunset… it was the perfect way to end their day.
Had a great time working with some amazing vendors as well!

Back from vacation and a little reminder of what life is really all about. 🤍

It’s so easy to get caught up in work, social media, worrying about whether you’re booking enough sessions, and trying to be the best mom, wife, and entrepreneur you can be.

But at the end of the day, it’s not the likes, the bookings, or the perfectly curated life that matters most.

It’s this. ❤️
Making memories. Being present. Laughing with the people you love. Watching your kids grow. Taking the trip. Soaking in the little moments.

Because one day, these are the memories we’ll wish we could go back to.
