what’s the best that could happen?
a crisp fall day, leaves in every shade of beautiful, the sunshine showing off, and a fun family filled with love.
ahhh ~ a little slice of ordinary magic I hope we never take for granted.

p.s. you will never regret family photos.
{the marathon that it takes to plan, coordinate, hope for a good nap on said photo day, dress (then pray that mud, food, spit-up, etc. doesn't go down)} can seem like a lot - trustttttt me... but - you will n e v e r, ever regret family photos.

kindergarten...
it's on our horizon,
but before you walk those halls...
let me remember this version of you.
the little laugh, the curious questions, the way your hand still finds mine.
you don't know it yet, but these simple days will become the ones i'll miss the most... i'm sure of it.
i know your ready..
so, so ready...
~ so go on, sweet girl.
your school adventure awaits.
make someone laugh.
be kind.
be brave.
ask all the questions.
learn big things...
but most importantly... be you.
& when the bell rings, i'll be right here, waiting to hear about every. single. detail.
{kindergarten, you have no idea how lucky you are to get this one. -signed one very proud mama trying not to blink.}
