Iskanderkul -- Part 1
Every year around July the programmers go on a weekend trip together. This year, we went to Iskanderkul. The red mountains and a blue lake (more of that in Part 2) makes for a super dramatic landscape. We went on a hike up through the mountains and it started to rain, so we found a over hang on the side of the mountain and made a fire. Once the rain stopped Dad, Derek, and I climbed further up on a pretty sketchy slope, but we made it back in one piece.
