This just arrived in the mail today!

Alyssa Owens is back on the cover—this time of FASHION Issue 1032 | July 2026.

This is now the fourth magazine to publish images from our cornfield photoshoot, Chasing Light Between the Corn Rows… and the second time Alyssa has landed on a front cover from that shoot.

I think it’s safe to say that little cornfield photoshoot turned out pretty well. 😉

So proud of Alyssa and what we created together. And seeing one of these images printed on another magazine cover never gets old.

Here’s to chasing light, creating something different, and seeing where the photographs take you. ✨

Another Front Cover... and another milestone!

I'm excited to share that one of my photographs has been selected for the front cover of LOOKER Magazine, based in Italy!

This marks the second international magazine cover featuring the incredible Jamisyn, and it's always rewarding to see the hard work of everyone involved recognized on an international stage.

A huge congratulations to Jamisyn Sloan-Rosenbaum on another cover—you've earned it! And a big thank you to Billy Jones for creating another beautiful hairstyle that helped bring this editorial to life.

Moments like this remind me why I love collaborating with talented people and creating images that tell a story long after the photoshoot is over.

There's something special about holding a printed magazine in your hands.

This weekend I received my copy of MIROITÉR Magazine from Australia, featuring our "Chasing Light Between the Corn Rows" editorial with Alyssa Owens.

What made this publication stand out wasn't just seeing the photographs—it was seeing the story behind the shoot published alongside them. Every photoshoot has a story, and it's rewarding when a magazine chooses to share that with its readers.

We were also selected as an Editorial Highlight, which made this issue even more memorable.

Thank you, Alyssa, for helping bring this vision to life. Looking forward to what's next!

🎆 Fireworks over a baseball field... it just feels like summer.

For the second year, I made the drive to photograph the Boling Volunteer Fire Department's Independence Day fireworks show, and once again they put on an incredible display.

I set up in the outfield because the silhouette of the bleachers always reminds me of The Sandlot. Add a dark Texas sky, a tripod, a little patience, and a black mist filter, and it all came together to create some of my favorite firework images of the year.
