AeroSpec Solutions is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and well-connected Industrial Sales Representative ready to capitalize on a high-earning opportunity in the Gulf Coast industrial market.

We specialize in advanced drone inspection technology, providing innovative inspection solutions for refineries, petrochemical plants, manufacturing facilities, power generation, and other industrial operations.

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone starting from scratch. We want someone who already has the contacts, connections, and established relationships within the industrial industry to start generating opportunities immediately.

Proven experience in industrial sales, business development, NDT, inspection services, or related fields.

Must bring an established network of industry contacts and relationships with key decision-makers.

Connections within refineries, petrochemical facilities, power generation, industrial maintenance, or inspection departments.

Ability to open doors, generate qualified leads, and help close contracts.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to earn based on performance.

What You'll Do

Leverage your existing network to introduce AeroSpec's inspection solutions to potential clients.

Identify and secure new industrial inspection opportunities.

Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance teams, reliability engineers, and inspection departments.

Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, and project opportunities.

Develop repeat business and long-term customer accounts.

AEROSPEC SOLUTIONS IS HIRING!

We are especially interested in candidates holding one or more of the following certifications:

INSPECTION CERTIFICATIONS
• API 510
• API 570
• API 653
• ASNT UT Level II
• Level II Infrared Thermographer / Thermography Certification
• Additional NDT certifications are a plus

DRONE QUALIFICATIONS
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate

Ideal candidates have experience working in refineries, chemical plants, terminals, tank farms, or other industrial facilities and understand the safety requirements associated with industrial inspection environments.

We’re especially interested in inspectors who can bring both skill sets to the table : inspection knowledge combined with an FAA Part 107 certification.

Contract/project-based opportunities available with the potential for continued work as AeroSpec grows.

A question we were recently asked:

“Are there any wall thickness or distance limitations that could cause the drone to lose communication with the controller?”

It’s a great question:

The technology we use is designed specifically for GPS-denied environments, so it doesn’t rely on GPS like traditional drones. Instead, it uses onboard LiDAR and visual sensors to navigate safely inside industrial assets.

Communication isn’t based on wall thickness alone. Signal performance depends on the asset’s design, materials, and the drone’s location. Every inspection is planned with those factors in mind to maintain a reliable connection.

Why does this matter? Because understanding these limitations before the inspection means fewer surprises, safer operations, and more reliable inspection data.
