RARE BIRD for me also came to the pier this week. I have never seen this one. I stopped in my tracks and said, hang on, that's not a pigeon! This is a SOOTY SHEARWATER!!! This guy was far from home in migration time; he can travel up to 40,000 miles in a year! Another nifty fact is that he can dive over 150 feet deep 😳. Not just another bird, but a perfectly made diving machine!!! God is in the details ❤️❤️❤️. Another lifer I didn't know I had to get... lol

Here is something u don't see very often a Bonita catching a ride on a sea turtle 😂
Actually the turtle was trying to pick up the bonita to eat from the ocean floor after about 15 min.trying she put it on her back for a later snack.....wildlife is wild 😜

Navarre Beach water is gorgeous today!!!!!

We got to watch this father/son duo catch a Shark at Ft. Pickens while we waited for the Blue Angels to start practicing...

We got to watch this father/son duo catch a Shark at Ft. Pickens while we waited for the Blue Angels to start practicing! This was the son's very first shark to catch, and with Dad's coaching, the shark was caught fast and released fast! Too cool to watch!

We still got to see some turtles at the pier, but with the rough water and waves, they only came up for a quick breath; ...
