Good morning all who follow ! Here working away on edits from a packed last few days, before getting ready for my sunset tonight! I've been doing doubles every day! Sunrises and sunsets! Blessed and keeping BUSY.

Started the weekend off with heavy clouds for a couple of days, but I know how to prompt clients and then bring out the colors and magic I know I captured. It takes hours. So worth it. I am behind on posting as I could post every day if that was my primary focus. But it's not. serving clients, editing, client management, and a little daily running time for me is my focus most days these days! I wanted to share why photographer's don't give out raw images. Look at how much work went into these two images. There was zero sunrise in this sunrise session, but tons of love and fun!

Had a RARE Sunday afternoon off and took a short drive about an hour ago. After working on gallery edits all morning, I finished and said...I think I'll find me some picture plants. Took a drive up Garson Point (Old Bagdad) road and there they were. Decided to have a little outing and get some new art for the house. I'm not a nature photographer, just a portrait one. Every now and again I try my hand at photographing something "not portrait". It's actually kinda hard as you can't give it "posing prompts" lol!

Editing away today. Gearing up for a fully booked rest of June, with doubles many days. Sharing a few from a very large family I met for a beautiful sunset at the end of May, right before we headed into over a week of rain, rain, and more scattered rain showers, which were moving in that afternoon! They turned out beautiful.

I've had sessions every evening for the last week/weekend and behind on posting. I'll share some soon as I LOVED every single family I've meet!! Everyone is so sweet!

I had to share the sky from my last mini, that I honestly didn't know if we were going to pull it off! Stress ya'll! Rained hard a day and a half!

Some rain drops greeted us, but they held off long enough for us to have a little fun and capture some sweet smiles for 25/30 minutes. We've had nothing but storms for the last few days, and very unstable weather.

Just finished another BEAUTIFUL session on ! I have had sunrises back to back, and sunsets every evening! ! Every now and again, rarely, do I ever stop along the causeway to capture a sunset. Tonight, I saw the colors and just pulled over and captured a couple. Busy and blessed, and feeling grateful that I live here to capture the smiles and love of family behind my cameras....and sometimes a beautiful sunset!
