Spent part of yesterday afternoon at Cheekwood Botanical Garden and caught this cutie buzzing around via my cell phone. I have a lot more pictures on my Nikon to review when I get home :)
I'm hoping this is the start of me getting back to more regular postings. This summer had been insane in my personal life but things are calming down and I'm finding a rhythm.

I never would have imagined I'd be spending my Saturday nights on my back deck in a nightie, taking photos of a cat-faced orb weaver while my husband feeds her flies. I'm glad my imagination doesn't dictate my life.

It's harvest season on the Palouse, so once work slows back down to a normal schedule l'll now have three photo adventures to edit. Here's to Washington and Idaho farmers and all our lovely local bugs!
