See a photo of a family where baby boy is belly laughing (the kind you can hear just by LOOKING at the photo), with his head thrown back because only Mommy knows the best way to get him smiling while Dad watches, filled with so much love seeing the bond that those two have created.

You might already know, I'm primarily a family photographer (it's because I LOVE kids and their infectious personalities and smiles!). 

BUT I have to say, I've been really loving getting to do engagement sessions. 

There's something so special about that time of life.

When you are both eager and excited to start the next (BIG) chapter of life.

And you're smiling nonstop thinking about the future.

And you just wanna be as close as you possibly can do your other half, so you're all about the snuggles and smooches.

And the future feels like it holds so much joy and possibility.

Pure. Magic. ✨

I mean, what's not to love to love about that?! So go ahead and gimme ALL THE COUPLES SESSIONS! 💕

Happy New Year! I’m someone who lovessss the warm weather, so when January hits, I’m looking for any excuse to be indoors snuggled up with my family ☺️

So it also happens to be the perfect time to do a cozy in-home shoot where you don’t even have to get bundled up to leave the house because I come to you! 🙌🏽

These sessions are always fun and laid back and I feel like clients are always extra comfortable for these because they’re in their own home, what’s not to love?

i can almost hear the giggles popping out of this photo⁠

one of my favorite things about photos is how they not only help us remember days and moments, but often then help us remember a season of life, too⁠
⁠
the way they smiled after losing their first big tooth⁠
⁠
the things they struggled with in school (and overcame)⁠
⁠
the way they learned to make their way in the world and started making decisions on their own⁠
⁠
all those things that we sometimes forget about years later, but looking at a photo can help us remember what a sweet, special time it was⁠.

hey! it’s the beginning of a new season, so i figured it was a good time to introduce myself to those of you guys who are new around here. ⁠
⁠
👉🏼 i talk about my dog as much as some people talk about their kids⁠, ⁠inadvance
👉🏼 i LOVE cooking meals lately - my favorites are pastas, tacos, and stir fry
👉🏼 i love spending a gorgeous day outside reading (but also have the worst self control when it comes to books - once I start one, it’s amistad imposible for me to focus on doing anything else but finishing it!!!)
👉🏼 i am the worst at responding to texts (sorry, it just is what it is at this point - i've tried to be better lol)⁠
👉🏼 i hate driving at night - call me an old lady for this one, but i seriously despise driving when it’s dark 😂⁠
👉🏼 i appreciate each and every one of you more than you know!

what every mom goes through to bring their little one into the world is AMAZING and they deserve ALL the praise!!⁠

if you're a mom and you feel like you're having a tough day, i just want to send you some encouragement. it's so easy to pick ourselves apart for the one little thing we didn't do, but remember all of the amazing things you did do - like giving your baby a safe place to grow for 9 months and to love them like no one else can.⁠
