Studio based in Nashville. I'm a full-time commercial and editorial photographer specializing in food and branding, with a studio in Nashville. I'm also mom to two teenage boys, wife to a Vanderbilt professor, and a former newspaper photojournalist and magazine editor.

It’s and I wanted to share about Harmony Wildlife Rehabilitation Center! I’ve been volunteering here (Sawyer, too!) since they reopened in Westmeade in March, and I’ve seen up close the amazing work they do for injured and abandoned animals. We’ve fed baby squirrels and opossums (see photos here 😊) and have seen the joy of raccoons being released back into the wild.
The goal is to rehabilitate the animals and release them, and so far they’ve cared for 312 wild animals from 40 different species. They have big plans for 2023, and every little bit counts! Please consider giving to this wonderful local nonprofit - click the link for more info!: ❤️🙏

Nothing says summer like the rooftop pool & garden bar at , where (between dips in the pool) you can sip wine or a craft cocktail and a whole range of Rooftop Bites. 💦🍹

Everyone needs to know about , a scratch kitchen and bakery in Old Hickory just outside of Nashville!

It's such a gem, with delicious, made-from-scratch meals, a friendly staff, and local owners who've been in the industry for nearly 30 years! 🙌

This cozy spot has the comfortable, easy feeling of a place that's been around for decades even though owners Tom and Cheryl Mead opened the diner's doors in 2020.

They previously had a popular Nashville food truck called The Rolling Feast - but a flat tire in the middle of the night was the final straw that made them decide to open a brick-and-mortar place, and also gave them the name idea. 😊

I loved photographing at Flat Tire Diner for their upcoming new website, and I have a reel coming up soon with some of their favorite comfort food menu items 😋

If you don't already know Chef Laura, she's a holistic chef who specializes in anti-inflammatory recipes - a mission that began seven years ago when she worked as a chef at the , a nonprofit that serves free, healing meals to people undergoing chemotherapy. 🍃
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She also served as a celebrity chef for years, and now she offers a Flare Free Cooking Academy with different levels of membership, along with flare-free meals to clients and other educational and meal services.

Over the past decade she has reversed rheumatoid arthritis, chronic migraines, eczema, insulin resistance, and more - all through diet and lifestyle changes and without sacrificing flavor.
