Hi there! Wow, what a ride it’s been since I was last active on social media (over 1.5 YEARS ago?!). After relocating to Nashville and purchasing a home that needed extensive repairs - most of which we were completely unprepared for - I dove headfirst into the world of DIY home renovation, which I’ve completely fallen for. Never did I ever think I’d own so many power tools, but I LOVE IT. 😂 I’ve also gone back to nursing on a hematology oncology floor, and between working a job, renovating our home, and being present for our family, I made the incredibly difficult decision to put my photo business on pause.

I’ve missed it - I’ve missed YOU - and am so happy to say I’ll be traveling back to Salt Lake City next month and am taking a very limited number of sessions between June 13 - 22. I have enough room for 1-2 more full family sessions and will maybe squeeze in an evening of minis - if you’re interested, DM me and let’s get you in the books!

Hiii!! Remember me!? After falling off the face of the Instagram planet yet again, I assure you I’m still here, still photographing incredible people and I’m so grateful. After hauling our family to Tennessee last month I’m back in Salt Lake City for a bit and have very limited availability for full and mini sessions if you want to grab a last-minute spot. Thirty! What! 🤯 Michael and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary last week, Michael graduated from medical school this morning, we move in less than a month into our first house ever... I guess thirty isn’t so bad after all. 🙃 I think I’ll always feel completely disjointed from my age (my brain still thinks I’m in high school...) but here we are in a whole new decade. Thirty, (not) flirty, and thriving off the energy of these three kids because my own energy definitely isn’t what it used to be. 😆

If only cleaning up spit up with a paper towel always liked this good... Lindsay does it seamlessly and was incredibly inspiring to watch with her young children. Sessions never go perfectly but her smile never left her face and she had the strongest sense of gratitude for her babies and her home. Capturing mothers with their babies will always be a favorite of mine.

Also an update about my mini sessions - I only have one slot available for each date (May 22 and May 29). These are perfect for families, couples/engagements/anniversaries, and mama/me sessions. These last two spots will go quickly and would be the perfect addition to your Mother’s Day gifts tomorrow (hint it to your husband!). There is nothing more important than you and your family - let’s get this stage documented with beautiful images to remember forever.

Spring mini signups are now available! We’re moving to Tennessee in a month and my schedule is completely booked other than two short days of minis, so now is your chance to have you + your BEAUTIFUL fam documented by me and my camera. I would so love to see you before we leave Utah! Only four slots are available each day (May 22 in American Fork and May 29 at this 👆🏻stunning location in Provo), 25 min each and $275+tax. We’ve got some exciting news - WE ARE MOVING cross country (Nashville, Tennessee to be exact!)!! My husband has been accepted to Vanderbilt’s pathology residency and we’ll be making the move later this spring. So many bittersweet emotions regarding this huge change for us but we are so excited for the adventure. If you have been wanting to get on my schedule before we leave Utah, now is the chance to contact me because availability is very very limited!

One week until we find out where Michael matched for his pathology residency - I can’t believe we’re finally almost there. I posted a little while ago that our family may be moving this summer and I haven’t been able to answer any of your questions as to where that is - well finally I’ll be able to say where, soon! 🤪 I’m on the edge of my seat here wondering if I’ll be able to continue photographing my dearest clients, whether that is still here in Utah or elsewhere. The top contenders are Connecticut (Yale), Tennessee (Vanderbilt) or Utah (staying put here at the University of Utah). There are others, but those are what we ranked for the top 3. Anyone have any guesses where we’ll be going!?

Dear Fuji400H, I am sincerely going to miss your greens, your pinks and your peaches. I know this is old news to my fellow film photographers, but the in my fridge is dwindling and I am still coming to terms with it. 💔 (👈🏻 also I literally just found out what that acronym means? Hahah)
