Grateful for sunny days. I’ve really been soaking up these sweet moments with my family. There’s something kind of nice about knowing you can’t go anywhere. Don’t get me wrong- I miss our friends, our family, traveling to each clients home, play dates and vacations, date nights out. We’ve adapted to this thing pretty good though, and I’m proud of all of us for taking it seriously and figuring out a new normal. If one day isn’t the best and you’re ready to ship your kids off to their grandparents (🍷)but like, you can’t 🤪, just remember you get to start over on the next day. This is due to Jesus Christ dying on the cross for our pride, our tempers, our laziness, our greed, our scandals, all of it. He didn’t call on God or the angels to save him because he knew he must die to give us eternal life. ✨Wow Wow wow. ☀️Rejoice in tomorrow, give praise that we are forgiven, don’t ever forget why we get to start each day with a fresh clean slate. Jesus paid it all, all to Him we owe!
My family and I are getting up in the morning and getting dressed in our Sunday best for Easter morning as we watch our service online. I encourage you to join us, silence your phones, break out the bread & wine, and celebrate this day as it should be celebrated. Happy Easter Eve, He is about to RISE! ☀️

These days the norm is staying in, ordering out, and trying to keep up with what day it is. (It’s Thursday btw). 🙃 There are so many small businesses being hit hard during this uncertain time and I see everyone shifting and adjusting to try and fit this new mold of doing business to try and keep their heads above water. Being a photographer is no different and puts me in a weird place since I have nothing tangible to sell or ship you, nothing to throw online. My services include me traveling, seeing you face to face, and snuggling your kiddos which is out- and for who knows how long.
That being said, I have hand edited some digital watercolor prints that I will offering starting today. This is not a “filter”. A photo is selected from your gallery and hand edited for a custom watercolor look that is laid out on watercolor texture paper. The digital will be added to your gallery and available to be downloaded and shared. You can also print it through your gallery in whatever size you’d like. I will be sharing a few samples that I’ve done the past couple of days for you to see. (Be sure to swipe right to see this image in watercolor form.)

When you book a newborn session, baby is not the only one I want to see in front of my camera! Aside from mom and dad, siblings and even pets are welcome and encouraged to be in the photos. There’s nothing sweeter than big brothers and sisters getting their moment too. ✨
