Having an early morning start meant privacy, no crowds, and cooler temps during the summer heat. Always nice to think about your partner’s willingness to sweat for some beautiful photos ;)

Time for a reintroduction!! ✨

Hiya! I’m Katelyn, a Nashville-based photographer seen capturing mostly weddings, proposals, and engagements, but happy with whatever I can get my hands on. I love meeting new people, making new memories, and pushing my creativity in the process.

I’ve been taking photos since I could get my hands on a camera as a kid as my mom was a freelance photographer when I was younger. Following in her footsteps, many years later, I started my business which is now Roaming Frames! Roaming, as I’m always on the move capturing Frames 😉

I have a background in hospitality and event planning making me incredibly detail oriented and always anticipating needs. I’m very “Type A”, thriving on organization while allowing myself to live in the moment. I’m originally from Jupiter, FL, so you’ll see me in the Sunshine State often!

Brennan and Reagan’s proposal at Cheekwood was one of the most memorable days I’ve had as a photographer!!

Brennan and I got in touch a few months ago and he is one of the most thoughtful men I’ve ever met. From a gift basket he wanted made, to letters from him and her family, to planning this proposal, there was no detail missed to make Reagan feel special. Even the ring box!! We had our fingers crossed and praying that it wouldn’t rain and we had the perfect amount of light…and it didn’t rain until just after!

These two reminded me of why I love what I do. Capturing the moment is one thing, but connecting with those to tell a love story that’s undeniable is another. I can’t wait to stay in touch and see how they grow 🥹🤍
