Flay lays, simple or elaborate, are a great way to display important and meaningful elements from the day.

It can tell a story even of who got you to your wedding day, or who you’d like to honor. The pin and locket shown in the second photo were ways the bride and groom wanted to include grandparents who are no longer here. It was beautiful 🤍

You don’t always need stationary for a flat lay if that isn’t your jam. Jewelry, shoes, florals, perfume or cologne, vows, your something blue, etc are all great adds to your details!

Be my Valentine (forever)? 💌

Caitlyn and Nick’s engagement session in Franklin had to be one of the most rewarding sessions as a photographer. Their love radiates and makes it so easy to capture that. I felt lucky to be there to see their smiles, giggles, and moments in between in this new chapter of their lives. The Judds coming later this year!

These two were able to enter this new year as fiancés and how exciting is that! Traveling into town for a work Christmas party…little did Grace know the company photographer was there for her proposal all along. The was decorated so beautifully for the holidays so it was a perfect opportunity.

Family photos at home and in the front yard are fun, familiar, and easy!

Having little ones can sometimes mean posing for the camera in front of unfamiliar faces and places is a hassle. Taking photos in the front yard also means I drive to you, no car rides necessary!

The Swanson Family was nothing short of adorable. Even had a little sidekick with his Polaroid 🤍

I walked into this year with a word of “intention” in how I live, how I work, and how I create. I’m so grateful for every story I was able to help tell this year, and for the growth that happened behind and in front of the camera.

Incredibly thankful for the trust, the connections, and the moments I was invited to. Super excited for what the future holds! 🤍
