I’ve had some people reach out this week, asking what the difference is between a lifestyle newborn session and a traditional newborn session.

While traditional newborn sessions are extremely adorable, there’s something so timeless about an in home session! You get to capture your new baby in the place to call home and the place you got to bring them home to. If you have dogs, they can jump in. You can use their nursery. You really get to capture all the elements that you will use daily and that will be implanted in your mind when you think about the memories you have with your newborn baby! There’s nothing sweeter.

in honor of august being national breastfeeding week, I had to share these 🥹

of all the hard that being a mama to an infant can bring, breastfeeding is at the top of that list for me. for both my babies, it was a struggle and I’m inspired by all the mamas that continue their journey even when it can be hard and exhausting.
