I haven’t introduced myself here in a very long time, so let’s do it 😊 I am your enneagram 9, Wisconsin raised, Nashville based, concert going, food & travel loving wedding photographer 👋

I’ve been shooting weddings for over 15 years and still absolutely love it. Over the years I’ve learned the perfect mix of how to be a fly on the wall and still give a little direction when needed. My superpower is observation. I am hyper aware of how you and your people are feeling and will capture it all for you to remember forever.

Call me crazy but I actually love a rain plan sometimes. We had to pivot when Whitney and Owen’s Nashville elopement day was downpours all day. We started with popping some Dom in their hotel room and then made our way to a studio where they had a private ceremony and some time to just relax and celebrate with each other.

Pretty portraits are great, but these are the moments I’ve trained over 15 years for. My photographer superpower is observation. I’ve always been tuned in to how those around me around feeling(enneagram 9 👋), but my job has trained that muscle even further. I’m a professional hand squeeze, nuzzle, tear, giggles catcher so that you can remember every single feeling.

Gretchen & Dan on the Yellowstone River. All of the tears, animals and cowboy hats for these two and it couldn’t have been more them.

Gretchen is an equine vet and brought her horse, Twelve, from WI to ride down the aisle. She got Twelve from the dear friends that own the ranch they got married on in Montana.
