My new site is live, friends. ✨ I'll do a full celebration once all of the little details are polished and Jamie Pratt Photos matches, but I couldn't wait to share. Lawson House is SO good at taking a personality and a brand and representing it visually. Suzie and her team crushed this, and I can't wait to share it with couples as vintage wedding video inquiries keep coming in. Hey there! Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Jamie, a super 8 videographer and photographer living in Nashville and traveling the world. I started using Super 8 film in early 2020, after picking up an old camera in a thrift shop in Spokane (in the pre-lockdown days). Fast forward nearly two years, and I'm using Super 8 to capture weddings, family sessions, and precious moments in various corners of the country. I've been a full-time wedding photographer for nearly 4 years now, and this has been the most fun thing to add to my offerings. Nothing really beats it. The playfulness, the nostalgia, the elegant and tender way that 8mm film captures the light and motion and movement around us.
So this year, I decided to give Super 8 its own little corner of the internet. A place where sweet moments can be shared and remembered. I have so much content living on my computer, and I am thrilled to begin sharing it with you and making more as the years go on.
