We couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop today. 224 Sunset Island Trail is pure lakeside perfection, but we’ll let you in on a little secret: a view this good actually makes our jobs incredibly easy. 🏠🚤

To really do justice to that gentle slope to the water on camera, we kept our drone movements low and slow to mimic the exact vibe of walking out to the private dock. Inside, we relied on natural, ambient light to capture the true, relaxed warmth of the 2,385 sq ft space. We didn’t need to overthink this shoot—the goal was simply to capture how peaceful it actually feels to stand on that dock. 🎥✨

We felt pretty lucky to get to hang out and film this place. There’s a ton to love about it, but the main thing that caught our eye was just how easy the whole layout flows across 3,860 square feet—especially when you step out onto that massive 0.61-acre yard.

Shooting this one in a cinematic horizontal format made a huge difference. The wider frame really lets the rooms breathe on camera, showing you exactly how the kitchen opens up into the living areas and giving you a true sense of the space that’s hard to capture any other way. It’s an awesome spot just minutes from the lake, great schools, and a quick drive into Nashville, but honestly, we’re just grateful we got to help show it off.
