I’ve always wanted to try this pose, and I finally decided to make poor Matt and Monica my guinea pigs. There’s just something so meaningful/soulful about eyes - they really tell a story. I also love the idea of looking back on this photo years down the road. What do we think? Is it creative and fun, or a little too up close and personal? 😉

It's not everyday I photograph a client taller than Shem, so I definitely had to stand on top of a picnic table for a couple of them! All jokes aside, we loved meeting these two - they were complete naturals in front of the camera and rocked so many different poses we threw at them.

Montana was a dream. Even in the dead of winter without snow, everything was just breathtaking. (Don't ask me how Ohio is the one piled with snow while Montana was in the 50s during our stay.. in February. I am not complaining one bit though!)

Happy New Year!

I loved your help the last couple of years by voting for your favorite photo for our Wedding Photography Guide cover, so we are going to do the same thing again this year featuring all of our amazing 2025 couples!
