I was photographing this baby barred owl when mom flew in. She gave him this small ring neck snake. He was so excited. When the baby struggled for a little bit, mom came closer to help and the baby got upset not wanting her to take it away. He eventually focused and got the snake down, tail first.

Back in December I had just gotten to the beach as the sun was rising, standing next to a fisherman, when we both notice a large swell in the water in front of us when suddenly this needlenose started ripping straight toward us. Little did we know he was running for his life as one of the ocean's deadliest predators was in pursuit.

The fisherman is now a friend and client and I will be printing this series for his condo.

Throw back to 2021. One of the most exciting experiences in my life. I am laying on my stomach as this full grown Forida panther approaches. She is fully aware of me, very curious, tempered with caution. I guess we mirrored each other in those respects. Unbelievable.

I took this panther shot in 2020. I can still relive the moment, feeling the excitement and adrenaline to what I would say is one of the most stimulating experiences in my life.
To share space and time with a such a reclusive and wild creature still blows my mind. I believe it was the winter of 2017 when I saw a small film crew at a well known nature hotspot not far from my home here in SW Florida. They said they were filing for a panther film. Well, fast forward to today and the premier of that film called called Path of the Panther. The film looks amazing, I am really looking forward to seeing it.
