What’s your favorite photo and why?

I started to ask my families this question to learn more about them. The beautiful mama of little Baby JP chose the first photo and told me she likes the way he is looking in the camera. (BHS: Mama was standing behind me and looked at her beautiful Baby - that’s how we got this beautiful photo)

I got always asked when the best timing is for newborn photos. And the answer is: it depends on what kind of photos you like.

The first 14 days usually the baby sleeps a lot and you get those beautiful dreamy photos.

If you prefer photos with a more curios newborn with eyes open I would suggest scheduling your session between 2-4 weeks old.

I also think it’s important how you feel as mom. For example if you got a c-section and need to recover it’s maybe better if you schedule your session between 2-4 weeks after giving birth - so your body has time to recover.
