Introducing the newest Goldmadino: Dude!!! ❤️ We’re still grieving our sweet Roxi, but the opportunity to be working from home and raising a puppy was too perfect let pass. Dude’s sweet little face popped up on a shelter website, and we were goners! Literally, we jumped into the car and drove to Stockton to pick him up within an hour of the post going live. Jared, who is not usually our impulsive family member, led the charge! ❤️ He’s already stolen our hearts and socks and peed on the rug 🐶❤️ We love you Dude!!!

With the heaviest of hearts we said goodbye to our sweet Roxi. She would have been 11 this past Thursday. We decided to add a dog to our family after moving to Napa. Izzi was having a hard time adjusting and her letter to Santa that year only asked for 2 things: friends and a puppy. ❤️ Roxi was the sweetest friend, and brought so much fun and joy to our family. She was 100% love and beloved by all that met her. We will miss her so much.

There is much work to be done to unite us, but for now, all I can feel is relief. I wore a shirt on election night and each time my anxiety kicked in, I kept repeating the mantra: love must win, love will win!

Love over disinformation (aka lies).
Love over fear, hatred and injustice.

Love has won.
Decency has won.
Science has won.
Democracy has won.
Truth has won.

We have so much work to do in order to come together and unite as a country. Let’s lead with love. ❤️

Noah & I took a little trip down to Santa Cruz and Big Sur this last week: what an incredible, breathtakingly beautiful bit of paradise. Noah was able to take his remote classes on the beach.

Fun highlight: We made it down to the motel in Lucia, right on a cliff on highway one where they filmed - have you seen it? So good and beautifully filmed!
