In the middle of the roll, there’s a moment where forcing everything stops working.

The scramble, the pressure, the chaos… and you either panic or surrender.

Not surrender as in giving up.Surrender as in trusting.

Trusting your training.Trusting the process.Trusting the moment.And for me… trusting Jesus.

Because faith has taught me not every battle is won by control. Sometimes the breakthrough comes when you stop fighting everything so hard and let God guide your next move.

On the mats and in life, surrender doesn’t make you weak—it reminds you who your strength comes from. ✝️🥋
