- MOTIVE -

I finally got to do a session of my own boy Mo 🥺 he absolutely loves the camera and honestly is a photographers dream.

A few facts about Mo!
- he’s a 17 y/o appendix but he doesn’t act a day over 6
- he LOVES to jump it’s literally his favorite thing ever and he literally watches my trainer set jumps
- he can be a little bit of a scardy-cat but he’s also one of the bravest horses I’ve ever ridden and he loves trails and getting out of the ring.
- We show in the jumpers mostly but we’re also going to try our hand in the eq and derby’s soon as well. He definitely has all the makings of a 3-ring horse.
- He loves to pop his lips and bite the air in the cross ties but aside from that he’s a perfect gentleman on the ground ❤️

Alright, I typically don’t post photos before I deliver the galleries but I just couldn’t wait to post these! Sydney Kimball and Kahlúa rocked it in their division. This pair is such an incredible team, I loved watching them this past weekend at the Sedgefield at the Park show at the Carolina Horse Park!

I also just wanted to make a short post about why you should hire a private photographer for your horse show experience!

1. My main priority is you! Not the 700 other horses that might be showing that weekend. If you hire me to capture your show experience you won’t have to worry about the show photographer forgetting your rounds or only getting one or two decent shots. You’ll have a full gallery of jumping, flatting, and candid photos all of you and your equine teammate!

2. It’s actually much more affordable than you think. You get way more bang for your buck because like I stated before you’re not only getting one or two pictures, you’re getting a high res gallery with a print credit so that you can frame those few favorites that make you go 😍

3. The pictures are top quality and are retouched, cropped, and edited to perfection by the time you get them so they are picture frame ready as soon as you decide on your favorites (trust me you’ll have trouble choosing 😜)

Such a stunning girl 😍 this little ottb just had her fourth birthday this month and is already such a solid citizen! She sure knows how to pose too! I’m currently booking spring and summer shoots! I’ll be in southern pines this weekend and I’ll be in Camden at on the 16th of May shooting black background and horse and rider portraits and again on the 21st-23rd at SCEP shooting a few black backgrounds and Show pictures!
