Tonight I pulled out all the donations that y’all brought to the pet portraits…and I had to take a step back and just take it all in.

In addition to cat food, dog food, litter, formula, puppy pads, joint supplements, treats, toys, bowls, shampoo, and pet outfits, your monetary donations totaled $175!

THANK YOU for your generosity, and for being the reason I continue to hold this event each year.

I have a passion and great love for animals, and witnessing all the great interactions over the weekend warmed my heart.

You probably felt like your dogs were crazy wild, not listening, and creating a chaotic atmosphere…but what I witnessed on my end was true love between an owner and a pet.

All the new smells….stick carrying…tree peeing…leash pulling…tons of treats..car rides…all the hugs…it was probably the best day EVER for your dog!

I can’t wait to edit all the sessions so you can see the happiness from my view!

I'm so excited to finally announce this! Thank you to everyone who voted on your favorite animal rescue for this year's pet portrait benefit!

Ive gone back and forth between two great organizations: The Underdogs Rescue and Kanoa Rescue Foundation.

After much thought, I've decided to choose BOTH!

To raise adequate donations for both organizations, I'll be photographing pets on THREE full days, instead of the usual two days.

Check your calendars, and reserve your time slot soon for one of these dates:
Friday, July 15
Sat, July 16
Sun, July 17

I've been hosting this event for almost 15 years! If you're new to the event, here's how it works:
Each pet photo session is 15 minutes long. Instead of a session fee, you'll bring your choice of donation- cat/dog food, litter, toys, formula, etc.
After the session, you'll receive a digital file of your favorite photo .
It's super fun, and stocks up the shelter with much needed supplies.
