I am a Mackay-raised, previously Brisbane-based, now Michigan-based photographer, who finds a thrill in many styles of images. I have travelled internationally many times (including one big move from Australia to the US) and want to bring a world of experience to your project, whatever it may be. As you can see from my photography, I have an interest in diverse subjects and am forever searching fo

r new ideas. I've worked closely with a number of Brisbane-based photographers, but on repeat occasions with these three: DCD Photographics, Elite Photographics and Possum Creek Studios. I recommend including them in your search for the right photographer, as they're all very experienced and I no longer service the Brisbane community. I'm on staff at Michigan's premier print lab, Allied Imaging, also known as Photo Evo and Photo Evo Pro, in order to keep my eye sharp and my finger on the pulse of the dynamic photographic industry. In the past, I have also worked for two of Australia's leading pro labs, RGB Digital and Street's Imaging. I endeavour to be always expanding my relationship with the digital image! My new home is in my wife's home town of Grand Rapids, MI and I love to see this state and its neighbours, so if you're in need of vibrant, thought-provoking photography, please reach out! Checked out the beach at Brunswick Heads before a schnitty at the Bowls. We were curious as to how long this structure might have been there. The water was lovely other than the remnants of some bluebottles along the high water marks which gave us some hesitation.
I’ve been savouring the salt water sting because although the fresh water lakes in Michigan are great, there’s just something missing.

Got a tip from one of the locals and found this amazing view and waterfall. Northern NSW has been treating us well and this was no exception. This whole area around Mullumbimby is mountains and forest and rivers and waterfalls. Beautiful.

Catawba Falls was our favourite waterfall of this trip. It just keeps going! There are so many little frills and flourishes - it’s the sort of grotto I’d expect to be home to a wood nymph or something.

Now that the cold is upon us, it's tradition to immediately look forward to summer again! Fourth of July fireworks down by the lake with dogs and ice cream will be infinitely better than they ever were once our quarantine days are behind us. Imagine those sensations now and book your summer vacation to give yourself something to anticipate.
