can I be real for a minute?
photography has been a part of my life for a little over 5 years now. it has created such beautiful opportunities for not only me, but now my family. I always find myself reassessing, ebbing and flowing, navigating what this business looks like in the current phase of life I am in. and in that time I am not going to lie, life has been life-ing.
one thing always remains the same. the ebbing and flowing. the navigating. the reassessing. why? because that is where we all are. life is always moving and changing. it is so fast yet so slow. and I love to document it.
I love to grow with your family. I love to take your senior photos, then also your engagement session. I love to document the joy on your face amidst your maternity session to then do it all over again 2 years later when that baby is now a toddler.
it isn't just about making sure a session looks good. or having a million and one photo shoots scheduled in the month of October. it is about becoming a part of your family. becoming a person your text when you have an exciting life change that you HAVE to photograph. The person your kid runs up and hugs when we cross paths at Walmart.
whatever it is, this season you are in, your current ebb and flow. I am thankful to get to be a part of it.
so from a wife who married her high school sweetheart, a mom who is raising her babies, a girl who loves Jesus and the next generation fiercely, thank you. thank you for trusting me to capture your moments. while also getting to be present for mine.
