Hey! It’s me popping in! How is everyone?

I’ve been in deep reflection time and I think it’s time for everyone to take that minute to just STOP. And when I say stop I don’t mean just stop what your doing and stare into the abyss, I mean stop and look at where you are. Look how far you’ve come! Look at all the obstacles you faced and got through, even when you felt like the whole world was falling apart right in front of you.

You got through it and I’m so proud of you!! I had someone remind that “You may not be where you want to be, but you sure as hell aren’t where you use to be.” Take those small victories and celebrate every last one of them, because they got you here!! 🎉🎉
