This a sad statement to what society has become. Few have a work ethic or feel they need to support themselves.

Please Share for the Tunica Humane Society.

We need HELP. Plan and simply. It takes a lot of manpower to run this show. Our shelter is desperate for helping hands.

I am sick of trying to hire someone to join our team because they never seem to follow thru and actually show up for work.

We get more devotion and dedication out of volunteers. People that help us care for these animals out of the goodness in their hearts. Volunteers show up because they are passionate about making a difference in the lives of these animals. It is never about a paycheck.

Time is critical. We are at an all time high on intake. People have gone absolutely CRAZY giving up their pets. Dumping their pets and leaving them defenseless to fend for themselves.

If we don't help them, no one will. And that takes MANPOWER.

Decide today you are going to be a better person. You are going to make a difference in this world. Life is Short. VOLUNTEER.

What a rescue can do

Penelope - A little stray dog from Mississippi that was born with a Greater Purpose❤️

Penelope and her adoptive mom, Angie, are out to change the world. They have proven to be a dynamic duo together, touching countless hearts along the way.

Once our little Mississippi rescue landed in New Jersey, her new mom immediately saw her potential to be something bigger than life. Penny was trained to be a Grief and Support Therapy Dog.

Penny helps children that are grieving by attending funerals. Just her gentle presence brings comfort to the families.

Penny's latest adventure! She is going to be a therapy dog once a week, working with a group of individuals that are struggling to overcome addiction. The Therapist is SO excited to have Penny joining her team!

The name for the group, "Processing With Penny"😁 How cool is that for a little stray dog from Mississippi. Touching lives every day in New Jersey.
