A moment for K’s dress 🤍
HER dress deserves its own post. The lace, the long sleeve, the up-do- truly everything about this custom Tom Sebastien gown. My favorite thing about it was how it totally transformed into different looks. It was basically three dresses in one: the veil unclipped to form a blusher, and the long-sleeve bolero came off to reveal a sweetheart neckline underneath. What more could you want! Watching a bride transform like that throughout the day was so mesmerizing and brilliant ✨

K + J’s take on Gatsby 🕯️🤍

Kaitlyn had a vision, and she executed it down to the last detail. Feathers, pearls, and candlelight everywhere you looked; a moody, true-romantic Gatsby world built right inside the InterContinental. And if you know me, you know I would move into this aesthetic permanently if they let me. She personally made the invitations, the signage, the menus, every piece of paper you touched that day. Florals stayed timeless, whites and soft greenery, letting the candlelight be the focal point of the room. Chef’s kiss lighting, if I say so myself. It even brought Kaitlyn to tears when she opened the doors.

The whole design was a replica of her Pinterest board, so what I’m hearing is I need to step up my moodboard game if it means results like this.

Hello again, it’s Club X calling 📞❤️‍🔥
Couldn’t just post once, oopsies! More from the night we teamed up with Samantha Li Bridal | Destination Weddings & Bridal Styling, film shots included this time. The grain and warmth make it feel even more intimate, like you’re actually in the booth with us. Allll the red details, rotary phones, cards on the table, it’s giving full speakeasy fantasy. You can’t blame me for being obsessed with this vibe.

A classy, intimate garden backyard wedding for E + P 🕊️

In the backyard of E’s childhood home, surrounded by loved ones from all over and greenery I’m absolutely not over, these two had the sweetest setup. Their vision for the day was colorful, whimsical, garden party, intimate, and every bit of it came through. So candid, so organic, SOOO E+P coded.

But the story doesn’t start there. A few years ago, these two met at a bar called Shenanigans, where he walked up to her and told her she was the most beautiful thing he’d ever seen. She shooed him away, not impressed. Fast-forward: here they are, happily married. PERIOD.

And just like that, garden weddings like this one prove just how elevated backyard celebrations can be 👏🏻

Instagram might need to start capping how many carousels one photographer can post from a single wedding because I don’t think I have it in me to stop. 🥲

From the details to the in-between moments, this day holds some of my favorite images I’ve ever captured. It’s weddings like this that remind me why I do what I do! To create imagery you can actually feel while letting my creativity run wild. Elevated, intentional, and somehow still so intimate, it’s the kind of love story you only think exists in the movies.

Planners, if you’re looking for someone who obsesses over the little details just as much as the big moments, this is exactly the kind of work I want to keep creating.

Up-close details + a bird’s-eye view. 🕊️

These two understood the assignment. Classic, chic, clean… and the kind of design that doesn’t have to scream to make a statement. I’m still thinking about those sculptural lampshades floating over the tables, paired with the calla lilies and all the beautiful greenery throughout the venue. It was simple, elevated, and so, so good.

Oceanside truly worked its magic on this one. 🪄🤍

There’s no one recipe for “making it” in this industry

I used to think I had to shoot like the amazing photographers I looked up to and run my business exactly like everyone else. But somewhere along the way, I learned that your process can look different.

Being different doesn’t make you any less of a photographer or mean you’re behind or doing it wrong. Everyone is on their own path, starting at different times, and at different points in life. How you present yourself on socials, through your brand, and trusting your artistry and your why is what truly matters!
