After I was done taking photos of the TE37, I knew that I want to take a few shots of the BBK before it gets installed on the Model 3.

That same night, I thought about a few elements that I want to compose the brake with. Blue sky, clouds, white daisies, and good lighting.

While the kids are still sleeping, I snuck out early in the morning to take photos of the brake kit. I got everything that I need and the elements that I want. Unfortunately, the idea was just ok and I wasn’t enjoying the process. Different angles, orientation, different lens… its not the same experience as the TE37 shoot

So as I was walking back to our house feeling defeated, there was a light break casting towards our burn pile of branches. I placed the rotor and caliper where the light is hitting and I started shooting

That was fun 😅

I’ve been meaning to take photos of the TEs and the Renegade BBK but I haven’t been able to find time

I was going to take it to boutique but I had this random dumb idea. What if photograph the wheels sub-merged in the water

So here I go down to the creek and sliding through the slippery rocks, harnessing two cameras and a phone on my pocket, carrying the 18” spec with both hands - what could go wrong

BBK next? 😅
