The Essence of Motherhood. 🤎

I think sometimes we forget that moms deserve to be remembered in the little moments, too.

The ones who are always making sure everyone else is taken care of. The ones who are usually behind the camera, making sure every milestone, every smile, and every little season of life is documented.

The ones who give so much of themselves every single day, often without realizing just how much they mean to the little people standing beside them.

And that's one of the biggest reasons why photographing motherhood means so much to me.

Because I want moms to have proof that they were there, too. That they were loved so deeply. That those little arms once reached for them, that their babies once fit so perfectly against them, and that for a season of life, they were the center of someone's entire world.

I want them to see themselves the way their children see them. Not through the eyes of someone noticing imperfections, but through the eyes of someone who sees comfort, safety, warmth, and unconditional love.

Years from now, those babies won't be looking at these photographs thinking about what their mama looked like. They'll be looking at the woman who gave them everything she could, who loved them through every season, and who made their childhood feel like home.

Mamas, you deserve to be in the photographs. You deserve to have your love documented. And most importantly, you deserve to see just how beautiful your place in their story really is.

Because someday, these photographs won't just remind you how little they once were. They'll remind them how loved they have always been. 🤎
