This summer is the summer of change in our once quite neighborhood. New construction in multiple areas of 44th Ave W.
A warehouse along with 21 new condos will certainly keep the windows closed. I'm guessing we will see more wildlife as they look for new homes in the trees. You can't stop progress.

The Tires here are a shame. Looking to remove them next summer. Should be great exercise.

Sidewalks across from the 44th ave W entrance are complete and look amazing. We can now walk without worry. This hill is a tuff one and will most certainly build stamina and strength if you do it daily. Good luck 👍

The new sidewalks are almost done. Its so nice to walk around with sidewalks. Lots of people do and the residents as well.

Not much more happening in the new open area. The mulch at the top of the hill has been spread out here i believe. Looks nice.

They are doing so much to make hiking easy for even the little kids with easy trails and run offs for water to keep the trails from getting muddy. Thank you
