If you're in doubt of what to do right now, the past few years there has been a major trend to elope and then celebrate with family later. It's what most our couples do, and it works out SO well.

The most popular add-on to our packages is the day-after session. Almost every couple adds it on.

Also, this week I'm starting to do portraits and Oh my gosh, my soul is being fulfilled.

has been a blessing. I have started volunteering for and my life is fulfilled. We got 2 dogs (a goal we've been waiting 3 years for and we finally got a house so now we can have pets) and I feel like I've finally gotten my life back. Creative ruts are real, and you're not alone.

Everything is crazy, but we need to remember- Everyone is in the SAME position right now.



Most of us don't have jobs. That's okay.

Most of us are stuck at home but hopefully making the best of free time with family and/or hiking and exercising. That's okay.

Most of us have been in bed all day playing the new . That's okay too.

It's OKAY to not be busy ALL the time. Take this time to enjoy each other.

Let's all remember to be kind to each other in this time. I'm grateful for it because it's brought me closer to my friends, family, and nature.

My little town of Cookeville has been destroyed by these tornadoes. Nashville was hit, but Cookeville actually has 90% of the death toll, with 20 people today still missing.

This is crazy. 2 nights ago we were up from 2-4 am watching tornadoes on our weather app. There were 3 of them and they all missed us, thankfully. But a whole lot of people weren't as lucky.

I woke up yesterday hearing just how bad everything was and sat in bed for an hour with tears in my eyes. All of those mourning families and destroyed homes.

Keep Middle TN in your prayers. It's a mess out there. I'm thankful we're safe and that the community has reacted so strongly to putting everything back together.

I've also been thinking a lot about getting to the next level in life. I'm lucky enough to run and have founded one of the largest wedding photo companies in the US, .

You don't know it because why? Because I never share that fact. I hate bragging.

Last night while I was staying up til 1 am 🙄 (oops) I researched how many millionaires are in the world.

47 million.

47 million people make $1 million + per year. That's NUTS.

How many make a billion? 2500.

Of course you can't just magically jump to a billion, or even a million. It takes time, effort, work, DOING instead of just dreaming.

2020 I have a goal to brag about myself. Not a lot, not annoyingly, but to prove that ANYONE can do what I've done.

I didn't start out rich. I didn't even go to college.

Anyone. Can. Do. It. And that's what I want to prove in 2020.
