The "Pirate Tower" is actually a house. Known as the “Norman House” due it’s Norman-style architecture, it is a landmark of Laguna Beach. It was built for California State Senator William Edward Brown and his family and was used during summers and holidays as a retreat from their Beverly Hills home.

Amsterdam Centraal Station is the biggest public transport transfer spot in the Netherlands, serving not only visitors to Amsterdam, but also city inhabitants. Every day 250,000 people go through the Amsterdam Central Station, as it connects buses, trams, trains, and waterfront stations of city ferry lines taking cars and passengers to Amsterdam North (Amsterdam Noord).

The neighborhood of Malá Strana in Prague is dominated by the huge green cupola of St Nicholas Church, one of Central Europe’s finest baroque buildings. Mozart played the organ here on his first trip to Prague in 1787.

Another view of the St Nicholas Church at the Lesser Town of Prague. Architect Kryštof Dientzenhofer began the construction in 1703 and the first part of the church was built according to his plan - front and the aisle with a wreath of chapels, consecrated in 1711. Kryštof died in 1722, and so the remaining part of the church and the tower was built by his son Kilián Ignác Dientzenhofer. The temple was consecrated in 1752, but the decoration works kept continuing until the 1760s.

The Koninklijk Paleis Amsterdam (Royal Palace on the Dam) is one of the three Palaces in Amsterdam, which the State has placed at the King's disposal by an Act of Parliament. It is used for Royal Events like the reception of the foreign heads of state during their visits in The Netherlands, the King's New Year reception, and other official receptions. Every year, it provides the setting for the presentation of various official and royal prizes.
