Tesla is reportedly working on a new feature that would allow vehicles to drop off passengers, park themselves, and later return on command. The concept builds on Tesla’s existing Smart Summon technology but aims to make the process more seamless and autonomous. Instead of searching for parking or walking long distances, drivers could simply exit the vehicle and let it handle the rest. When needed, the car would navigate back through a parking lot or private property to pick them up. The feature highlights Tesla’s broader push toward full autonomy and a future where vehicles handle everyday driving tasks with minimal human input.
