Our beautiful daughter got married yesterday!
Thank you everyone who came together over the last few months in planning and coordinating to make this event happen. It was exactly how we envisioned and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything came together.

When my brother announced his wedding was going to be in Vancouver, I knew right away it would be the perfect spot for my son's high school senior photo session. However-actually taking my son’s senior pictures was one of the hardest and most meaningful sessions I’ve ever photographed. I didn’t just see a senior—I saw the little boy who made me a mom. That little boy who loved spider-man more than any other kid, that little boy who could recite every line Lightning McQueen or Buzz Lightyear said and that little boy who loved matchbox cars, catching fireflies and riding dirt bikes. He was my first little best friend from day 1.

As a photographer, I know these photos will last a lifetime. Senior season is beautiful, nostalgic, and incredibly bittersweet. As his mom, I just wish I could slow time down a little.

Just here to brag a little because I am so proud and honored to say that my other passion beyond photography, is and always has been nursing. And as of 630 this morning I have transitioned from an LPN to an RN! ♥️
Proof that no matter how old you are or where you’re at in life-if you set a goal you can do anything you put your mind to. 15 years ago I became an LPN and always said one day I’ll go back. Well for the last year and a half, my tribe of my husband, friends and family all supported my decision to “hurry up and get my RN before I turn 40” 🤣. I am so incredibly thankful to all of those people, especially my husband who worked extra hours to not only provide but continue our chaotic life of travel softball, vacations and holidays. I love you 🥰
