If the dogs got their way, they’d never come back from the beach! 🌊

Description: A video of a caramel in white labradoodle in a backyard that overlooks the beach, followed by a short videos of the same dog on the beach. The text reads “ how often do you wish you could go to the beach? Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday” The audio is “I Gotta Feeling” by Black Eyed Peas.

If you know anything about Remi, it’s that she love love LOVES the water 💦

Description: multiple videos of a caramel and white labradoodle at a beach. The audio and text read “Forget about touching grass, I need to touch the sea. I need to go in the water. I need to dive in the sea. I need to go in there. I’m going in.”

Happy (belated) gotcha day to Remi! One year ago yesterday, she came home! I actually can’t believe it’s been a year already!
Remi’s favorite things include the beach, playing with Fern, and chasing the hose. She’s one silly girl and makes our days brighter! 🤪

Thank you for all the birthday wishes this Wednesday! 🎉
We had another wonderful day at the lake. It was a bit windy when we got there, but it got warmer and the dogs had a blast! I swam and floated around for a bit too. Going to the lake to let the dogs swim is one of my favorite summer activities. I’m glad we got to go on my birthday to celebrate!
This is my second birthday without my best friend Oakley. I really miss her a lot every single day, but birthdays and holidays are extra hard…

Fern thinks swimming is the best thing ever! She goes full speed into the lake or ocean when we throw her floatie toy. There’s no stopping this dog! She gets so upset if we don’t throw her toy fast enough 😅 I’m so glad we have another dog who loves water! 🌊

We love the lake! 💙
Taking my dogs swimming is one of my favorite things to do, but we’ve only been twice this summer! Between the wildfire smoke and my chronic illnesses, it’s been hard to find a good lake day. Our second trip to the lake this summer was earlier this week. I brought my camera with us and I got quite a few photos that turned out. I can’t wait to share more.
I know carousel posts tend to do better on instagram, but it takes me a lot of time and effort to edit each picture, so each picture is getting its own post! 😤

Lua may not have given me her best smiles at the tulip farm, but at least she didn’t give me her “hostage face” the whole time! It’s when her ears go back, and she looks very concerned about her situation. Thankfully, she was happy about this whole photo session, probably because one of her favorite people was behind me with her favorite snacks!
