We’re loading up the car and heading to visit our second home, Tennessee! 🚗🍂

I’m so excited for a little weekend getaway with my husband and some time to slow down after such a busy month of weddings and sessions. I can’t wait to get back to editing all the beautiful galleries waiting for me when we get home! 🤎🎞️

It’s hard to believe 2027 is less than 3 months away 🥹

So many beautiful days and couples. I feel so blessed to document love for a living, and my second wedding season has truly been a dream. I can’t believe I only have one more wedding as the lead photographer and one more as a second shooter before the year wraps up! Then in January, I’ll be kicking off 2027 with my first winter wedding 🥹❄️

I have lots of editing ahead with 4 wedding galleries of my own to deliver, plus 3 weddings I second shot to edit and share! 🤎

Thank you to every single couple who trusted me to capture these memories this year. Your support means more than you know, and I wouldn’t be here without you. 🫶🏼📸

I love meeting other photographers and getting to do their branding sessions 🥰

Tonight I got to travel to a beautiful horse farm in Flushing and watch the sunset with my new friend Brooke. 🐴

Now I’m home uploading all the photos and resting before one more busy day tomorrow with errands + a meeting with a 2027 couple! 💍

I’ll be OOO Thursday through Monday, and I can’t wait to share some photos from TN when we get back! 🥹📸

I’ve had this reel sitting in my drafts for a while 🙈🎞️

While I haven’t had many clients ask for RAW images, I wanted to share this because it’s such a good example of why so many of us artists don’t typically deliver them 🫶🏼

Even when a photo looks good straight out of camera, there’s still so much that goes into the final image. Editing is where we bring our own artistic vision to life. The colors, the mood, the tones, the little details. It all plays a part in creating the finished gallery. 🎨

I’m a true to color girl with a little moodiness and sometimes a cinematic feel, and I LOVE that about my work. 🥹 My clients often choose me because they connect with my editing style, and that’s a huge part of what makes my work mine.

A RAW image is just one part of the process. The finished image is where the vision comes together. 🤎📸

I WILL ALWAYS USE LENS PROTECTORS!! 😭😭🙌🏼📸

Seriously, I never expected this to happen. I mean, who does?! 😂
I was in a hurry grabbing my bag, and boom… my whole inside of it takes a tumble right as I’m meeting my clients. 🥲

My R6 filter shattered, and I was genuinely DISTRAUGHT thinking my lens was done for. But thankfully, after getting the broken filter off and cleaning everything up, my lens is OKAY!! 😭🙌🏼

As a professional, I always have backup gear, another camera body, lenses, and everything I need just in case. But this camera is my BABY. So yes, I had a little moment of panic, but I pulled myself together, powered through the session, and still slayeddd. 😂🤎

Moral of the story: DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR BAG IS ZIPPED, USE THOSE LENS PROTECTORS, AND SLOW DOWN. 🥹📸

Today was a reminder that accidents happen, even when you try your best to be prepared. I’m just SO thankful the damage stopped at the filter. 🙏🏼🤎
