A little introduction to the faces behind the crookedness 🖤🥤
Hey everyone! I’m Michelle — the owner and crazy dreamer behind Crooked Sips. Since we’ve had so many new faces join our page lately, I figured it was probably time to introduce myself and the people who help make all of this possible.
Some of my favorite memories of my dad growing up are of being at his restaurant. I remember following him around, watching everything he did, and seeing firsthand what it looked like to build and run something of your own. Somewhere along the way, I knew I wanted that too. I just had absolutely no idea what my thing was going to be.
For years, the dream was there without a plan… until one day, Crooked Sips just hit me. And once it did, there was pretty much no talking me out of it. 😂
What started as an idea turned into a trailer, a whole lot of learning as I go, some questionable decisions 😂, late nights, early mornings, more syrup than I ever imagined owning, and this little business that has quickly become such a huge part of our lives.
But Crooked Sips has never just been my thing. The people standing beside me in this picture are a huge reason I keep going. Having a family that backs my crazy ideas, jumps in when I need help, cheers me on when I question myself, and reminds me why I started has meant everything.
And since you’ll probably see these faces around the trailer, they deserve a proper introduction too. 🖤
Justin — our cashier, heavy lifter, problem solver, and the guy who somehow gets volunteered for just about everything Crooked Sips. 😂
Alaina — our 9-year-old shift drink queen 👑🥤, who is always ready to jump in, help make drinks, and manages to make herself 5 drinks every 3 hours.
Hudson — our official stocker 📦, making sure we’re loaded up and ready to go (and taking his job very seriously 😂).
My kids get to watch their mom build something from the ground up and learn that if you put your mind and heart into something, you can do absolutely anything you set out to do. Just like I grew up watching the important people in my life do—and that might be my favorite part of this whole adventure. 🖤
We’re still learning. We’re still growing. We definitely don’t always take the straight road around here… but I guess that’s kind of the point. 😉
So if you’re new here, welcome to the crooked side. 🥤🖤
Thank you for following, sharing our posts, showing up at the trailer, trying our crazy creations, and helping turn a dream into something real.
Stay sweet. Stay crooked. 🖤
