Here is your reminder not to get caught up in the details. Your wedding day it the most important day of your life. Not because of the pretty dress, the gorgeous flowers, and the wedding cake. It’s because it’s the beginning of your legacy, your bind with your life partner. It will be hard to remember what life was before that legacy started. This couples love was unmatched and truly touched every single person who attended( even the strangers on the beach who couldn’t help but watch and sob at the vowels).

It was truly incredible to spend time with a beautiful couple and a beautiful family. The bride and groom, and the rest of their bridal party were true classic examples of how being laid-back and preasent promises the most perfect Wedding Day.

As wedding photographer there are key factors I bring to every wedding to ensure my couples have peace of mind in their wedding day.

1. I ask “What is your story and values?” I wouldn’t want to go into a wedding and spend a lot of time on an area the couple doesn’t value. I’d also LOVE to spend a lot of time on the points in the day they are the most excited about ♥️📸

2. I hop on the phone with and ask what the schedule is looking like two weeks before the wedding. From this information I will curate a wedding day photo schedule that is available by link they can send to any family/friends that will be a part of the wedding day photos.

I can’t express enough how much of a game changer this is. We have to remember as wedding vendors; it may not be our first wedding, but it is usually there’s.

3. Hype up the Bridal Party and Family members! I’m not just there for the bride and groom I am there for everyone and hope to make everyone comfortable in front of me to be their truest self on camera 📸

Agggggh!

I was very happy to make it to Longwood Gardens for one last holiday charm. Melanie and Kevin were so amazing and down to earth.

I’ve been loving getting creative with couples and getting to make it more than a photo shoot but a whole experience. We love an excuse to make it a date day and have all of the memories photographed for you ♥️♥️

Woa! I can’t believe this gallery 😍 What an amazing day where we conquered the unexpected.

Any day is unpredictable especially a wedding day. Having amazing family members and an awesome vendor team proved that none of that matters.

Thank you to the families who treated Kaylin and I like their own. Thank you to the vendors who made a rainy wedding day feel incredibly magical.

One of the favorite parts about what I do, is the appreciation for you all after only spending a day in your world. With your friends, your family, and your traditions.

Getting to know Renee and Joseph reminds me of what I love about spending the wedding day with a couple I adore. They are both so easy going, and have so much love for each other. Their families were all in, crying at every milestone in the day; and on the dance floor until the very last song. To be honest I was all in it with them. I easily felt like a part of their family♥️

Every little snippet of life has reminded me lately how every little moment matters. And even more importantly what you do with that moment.

You can choose to put your pride first. But I may want to remind to that won’t lead to a happy ending. Always choose love over pride. Always choose vulnerability over being right.

Choose with your heart and you’ll be amazed at how your life will turn out .

I’m Tamara, but everyone calls me Tam! I started photographing weddings about four years ago because what can I say? Love stories inspire me🤎

I have this weird ability to make friends with everyone through my many interests: music, food, traveling, wine, and cats! I’m more like an extra bridal party member during the wedding day; crying with you, dancing with you, and testing out the cake to make sure it’s safe for your guests👀

My main goal during a photography experience whether it’s an engagement session or a wedding is to get y’all super comfortable with me! Comfortable enough to lose the photoshoot nerves and and be your authentic self with your person. I’m just a professional third wheeler which a super fancy camera.
