Today, September 5th, marks our studio's 40th Birthday! It's been a great ride thus far, and we're certainly not done yet!

Our light painting photography is continuing to grow and is giving us the opportunity travel to some amazing places! And, we're enjoying creating high school senior and family photos these days, too!

One of our travel opportunities in the last year was at Custer State Park in South Dakota!

In honor of our 40th Birthday, please click on the link below to enjoy a great travel story, as well as some stunning scenery, from Custer State Park.

Joannie and I are thrilled to share our next light painting project with you. "Georgia Mae" is a WWII B-25J-30-NC Mitchell, and she's beautiful!

We light painted her during the AirVenture fireworks airshow last month in Oshkosh.

So, here's the deal.

Since this aircraft was light painted during a fireworks show, there are 6 versions, each with different fireworks in the sky!

Let us know in the comments which one is your favorite (they are numbered in the lower left corner). Then, we will select one of you to receive a signed 12x8" Artist's Proof of the winning image!

Winner to be announced on Labor Day! - M&J

Just prior to heading to Oshkosh, Joannie and I had the pleasure of light painting this amazing 1941 Chevy AK pickup in Superior, Wisconsin.

We met Tracy, the gal that owns and restored the truck, at Motorhead Madness in Duluth this past March.

Please check out the full story, with lots of pics from her restoration, at the link below:
