I've seen a lot of things cycle through weddings over the last 17 years, but one of my favorite ones is the laying of hands and covering the couple in prayer.

Life will life.

You will need support through the birth of babies, the loss of a loved one, the life celebrations, and when you feel as if all is crumbling around you.

Get you some prayer warriors that will stand in your corner and intercede on your behalf. It will mean more to you than you think.

Matrimony Monday

Pro tip: Show up with a clean ring. Our macro lenses pick up every fleck of dust and dirt. Your jeweler can do this for you, but if you are short on time, a toothbrush and some cleaner goes a long way. It's a personal hack that I use often.

2026 has been quite a year and here we are approaching the busy season. This year has brought forth blessings, but also its fair share of challenges which I will share more on later.

🍁🎄Annual Fall and Christmas mini-sessions dates will be released early next week and my full calendar for all other sessions is open.

🌿You CAN book a mini-session on a weekday this year, but another mini-session may be scheduled next to yours with a time cushion in place.

🤍🩶Wedding availability for 2026 is full unless it is an elopement style event. If we already have correspondence, no worries, this does not apply to you!

🎉Seniors-in the last week I have booked 6 senior sessions for both the Fall of '26 and Spring of '27. It is not too early!

💍2027 and 2028 wedding dates are booking up. Don't wait to secure yours. We typically contract only 2 weddings a month to allow for optimum client service and that work/family life balance.

One of my goals as I enter the Fall season is to shorten my turnaround times across the board, but specifically in regards to weddings. Some "challenges" that I had this year interrupted my usual turnaround lengths. Now that I am feeling much better (thank God for that blessing), I am excited to tackle this goal & have put in place some business methods to ensure I am able to do just that! After all, I know how eager my clients are to have their beautiful galleries delivered to them!

I'll admit, I am horrible at sharing bridal session content. Here I am, trying to make up for lost time.

Vanessa is the sweetest! I got to do some engagements and bridals for her, but unfortunately wasn't available for her wedding. She's a gem and David is a lucky man!
