Went to the Asotin County Fair and Hell's Canyon Rodeo yesterday to give my rebuilt shoulder a workout before I shoot Bloomsday in Spokane next week.
While perusing the photography entries, I was approached by a woman, who asked if I was a professional photographer, I said that I was. I think I might have been chosen to be the photography judge next year, lol.
Anyway, here are some shots from the rodeo, which was just bull riding and mutton busting. Other events are going today. It looked like the bulls were going to sweep, and toss all of the riders, but the final rider managed to stay on for the full eight seconds, to claim the whole pot for himself.

Went to Higgens Point on Lake Coeur d"Alene yesterday and today in search of bald eagles. Things were a bit slow, saw a half dozen or so yesterday, and just one today. But, today's single bird put on a show and I got some great shots, super happy!
