🤍Sometimes the most meaningful part of this job is getting to watch a family grow, one tiny chapter at a time.

The sweet baby in the first collage is the newest addition to a family I absolutely adore. And the second collage? That’s all four babies I’ve had the honor of photographing over the years.

These images didn’t happen by accident. They happened because this family chose to preserve their story consistently — through the seasons, the pregnancies, the newborn days, and all the beautiful chaos in between. Years later, those photographs become something even more special: a visual legacy.

There’s something incredibly emotional about placing these images side by side and realizing how quickly time moves… while also seeing the threads that tie a family’s story together.

This is what intentional planning looks like.
This is what investing in memories over time looks like.
And honestly? It’s one of the greatest privileges of my work to be trusted with it all over and over again.

Thank you to every family who continues to invite me back into these fleeting moments. I may not post as often as I’d like sometimes, but I’m still here — quietly documenting some very precious stories. 🤍

Most moms don’t love being in photos.

It’s easy to focus on the things you feel self-conscious about…
or feel like the photo doesn’t quite match what you see in the mirror.

But your kids don’t see any of that.

They see you. ❤️

The way you hold them.
The way you laugh together.
The way you make them feel safe.

That’s what family portraits are really about.

Not perfection.
Connection.

When was the last time you were in the photo with your family?

Sometimes, a portrait can capture a truth that can’t be expressed in words — it has to be seen.

After giving birth, many parents feel tired, imperfect, and stretched thin. But the love in your eyes when holding your newborn? That’s a truth you can’t fake. That’s what a newborn session preserves — the quiet, powerful moments that define parenthood.

Most of the time, a portrait is a depiction of who you want people to think you are, but it’s not really you.

Many pregnant women don’t feel their most beautiful during their Maternity Portrait Session — yet there’s a glow that can’t be captured with words. That tiny life you’re nurturing radiates through every pose, every smile, every tender moment.

Using lighting, gently guided posing, and camera angles, I'm able to capture your true beauty.

Share your favorite maternity photo in the comments — yours or one that inspires you. Let’s celebrate the miracle of this season together!

They don’t stay little.
But they don’t grow overnight either.

Somewhere between newborn snuggles and full-blown independence are the milestone moments — the first sits, the wobbly steps, the belly laughs, the sudden big-kid expressions.

Milestone sessions aren’t about props or poses. They’re about preserving who your child is becoming. Their personality. Their spark. The way they look at you right now.

Love doesn’t just begin — it grows.
And these in-between stages deserve to be remembered just as much as the “big” ones.

Newborn love is quiet.
Soft.
And over far too quickly.

These early days are filled with tiny details you think you’ll never forget — the curl of their fingers, the way they fit perfectly in your arms, the calm of a sleeping baby.

Newborn portraits preserve this season in a way nothing else can. Long after the days blur together, these images remain — a reminder of how completely everything changed.

🤍

Love starts long before tiny fingers wrap around yours.

Maternity portraits aren’t just about a growing belly, they’re about anticipation, hope, and the deep love that already exists for a baby not yet in your arms.

One day, your child will see these images and know they were loved from the very beginning.

🤍

This is one of my favorite maternity portraits from several years ago. I’d love to see a favorite of yours too, or even a link to one you love.

🎨✨ A Portrait From the Heart ✨🎨
This image has lived in my imagination for a while now — inspired by a fellow photographer who beautifully captured a young artist “painting” a bouquet of flowers. When I saw it, I instantly thought of my granddaughter — a gifted young artist herself — and knew I had to create my own version.

This isn't just a portrait. It's a moment. A memory. A quiet celebration of creativity, youth, and legacy.

As a Fine Art Portrait artist, I believe photography can be more than just pictures. It can tell a story. It can capture the soul of a person and the heartbeat of a relationship. My deepest desire is to create personal, meaningful experiences that reflect not just how things look, but how they feel.

This was a personal project — created not for profit, but for love. And in the process, it reminded me why I do this.
