There’s no time like the present to get your family photos done! A few reason I get that people don’t want to do photos in the summer:
1. It’s too hot
2. We’re too busy
3. I’d rather do them in the fall

Here’s what I say:
1. Yes it’s hot, but we can do early morning, right before sunset, or in your home! There are solutions to the heat! Also my family sessions don’t last longer than 30 minutes so it’ll be fast, promise!
2. Your year only gets more busy durning the holidays. Let’s get your photos done on a weekday afternoon, since the sun sets so late! No need to plan a weekend around photos. We can get them done durning the week.
3. Fall is great, but we can still make summer work!

Big changes happening at AKP. It’s time to clean out the studio and start fresh. Any guesses??

I have been really into making your sessions more personal for you and your family. We did Camilla’s 1 year session in the family’s newly renovated kitchen and they turned out amazing. Not only did we create these lasting memories but now when her parents look at that little spot on the counter, they will always remember her eating cake there for her first birthday🤍🤍
